Access to List of Certificateholders. and Class C ------------------------------------------------- Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. --------------------------------------- The Certificate Registrar will furnish to the Trustee and the Servicer, within five days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from the Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If such list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such Applicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list as provided above, and shall afford such Applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Every Certificateholder or Class C Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate or Class C Certificates, agrees with the Certificate Registrar and the Trustee that none of the Company, the Certificate Registrar or the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders or Class C Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If Transfer Agent and Registrar, or shall mail or cause to be mailed such list is within five Business Days after the receipt of such application. Every Certificateholder or and the Class C Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate or a Class C CertificatesCertificate, agrees with the Certificate Registrar and the Trustee that none of the CompanyOriginator, the Certificate Registrar or the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders or the Class C Certificateholders Certificateholder hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders. and Class C ------------------------------------------------- Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. --------------------------------------- The Certificate ------------- ------------------------------------ Registrar will shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee and the ServicerTrustee, within five 30 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from by the Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders as of the most recent Record DateDate for payment of distributions to such Certificateholders. If Holders of Certificates evidencing, as to any Class, Percentage Interests representing 25% three or more Certificateholders (hereinafter referred to as "Applicantsapplicants") apply in writing to the Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders or Class C Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates or Class C Certificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such Applicants applicants propose to transmit, then the Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such applicationlist from the Certificate Registrar, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the most recent list of Certificateholders or Class C Certificateholders held by the Trustee. If such a list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such Applicantsapplicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list as provided above, and shall afford such Applicants applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Every Certificateholder or Class C Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate or Class C Certificatesthe same, agrees with the Certificate Registrar Master Servicer and the Trustee that none of neither the Company, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders or Class C Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
