The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the --------- Servicer and the Seller, within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee of a request therefor from the Servicer or the Seller in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Seller may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Servicer, the Seller or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
