Common use of Access to List of Equity Certificateholder's Name and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Equity Certificateholder's Name and Addresses. The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee and the Trust Depositor within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee or the Trust Depositor, the name and address of the Equity Certificateholder as of the most recent Record Date in such form as the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee or the Trust Depositor may reasonably require. The Equity Certificateholder, by receiving and holding the Equity Certificate, agrees that neither the Servicer, the Trust Depositor nor the Owner Trustee, nor any agent thereof, shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the name and address of the Equity Certificateholder hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
