Access to List of Owners' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee of a request therefor from the Servicer, the Depositor or the Indenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer, the Depositor or the Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Owners as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates together evidencing not less than 25% of the Certificate Principal Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Owner, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Company, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Owner, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Company, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
