ACCESS TO MEDICAL CENTER PROPERTY AND EMPLOYEES. 10.1 Association Access - A duly authorized representative of the Association shall have the right of access to Medical Center premises in connection with the conduct of normal Association affairs and the administration of this Agreement. The Association representative shall not unnecessarily interfere with the productive activity of Registered Nurses covered by this Agreement, and shall comply with the Medical Center’s security and identification procedures.
