Use of Bulletin Board. The Medical Center shall provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Association and/or Registered Nurses to post notices concerning Association activity. Such notices shall be posted solely and exclusively on designated space equal to 2 feet by 2 feet on a bulletin board provided in the IV Therapy department and in each of the staff lounges located in Med/Surg, CAPU, Birthplace, Intensive Care, ER, Surgery, and Day Surgery and Resource Nurse break room.
Use of Bulletin Board. The building representative of the Association in each individual school may have the use of a designated bulletin board in each building.
Use of Bulletin Board. 1. The Association shall have the right to use a reasonable amount of space on bulletin boards. If bulletin boards are not available, the Association shall supply one to be mounted at the Association’s cost in a location approved by the responsible administrator or supervisor.
2. Materials oriented to the election of candidates for public office, or of a derogatory nature, shall not be posted on Association bulletin boards.
3. All items to be posted on Association bulletin boards shall appear on identifiable Association stationery or the appropriate communications masthead and be dated. Other Association communiqués shall be initialed by the designated Association representative.
Use of Bulletin Board. The employees will be allowed to post notices pertaining to their organization on bulletin boards and these notices shall not be removed except by the representative of the employees. Notices will not be posted on bulletin board provided for student or teacher information.
Use of Bulletin Board. The Village will allow the Union to place a bulletin board in the bunk rooms of each fire station for the posting of official Union notices of a non-partisan, non-derogatory nature. The Union will limit the posting of Union notices to such bulletin boards.
Use of Bulletin Board. The Association may use a designated bulletin board in the mailroom, the teacher’s work room and Faculty dining area for the purpose of informing members of dates, times, location and contact people for events and meetings. The Association may post other information if the materials recommended for posting are given to the Superintendent or his designee one (1) school day in advance. The Superintendent or his designee reserves the right to discontinue the use of the bulletin board if the above procedure is not adhered to. Such communication shall be provided to the Association President.
Use of Bulletin Board. The County agrees to provide a bulletin board to the Union for the purpose of allowing the Union to inform its membership of Union business. Such material shall not violate criteria generally applicable to the posting of notices on County property; furthermore, the Union agrees to provide copies of all notices being posted to the Director and the Personnel Officer.
Use of Bulletin Board. The Unit shall be permitted to use the bulletin board in the MTMUA which is normally used for furnishing information of general nature to the employees, for the purpose of postings concerning official Unit business.
Use of Bulletin Board. The TOWN shall permit the use of a bulletin board located in the police station by the ASSOCIATION for the posting of notices concerning ASSOCIATION business and activities.
