Access to Members. Duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property before school, during the noon lunch period, after school and at other times with approval of the building Principal, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.

Access to Members. Duly authorized representatives of the Association and respective affiliates shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times, provided such shall not interfere with or interrupt normal operations. If the building principal determines that abuse of the privilege is occurring, permission for continued access shall need to be granted by the superintendent.
Access to Members. Up to two (2) duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates shall be permitted to transact official association business on school property at reasonable times, subject to the conditions that the representatives first notify the building principal or his/her designee, of their presence and purpose, and secure the principal’s or his/her designee’s approval.
