Common use of Access to Members Clause in Contracts

Access to Members. Up to two (2) duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates shall be permitted to transact official association business on school property at reasonable times, subject to the conditions that the representatives first notify the building principal or his/her designee, of their presence and purpose, and secure the principal’s or his/her designee’s approval. Moreover, the representatives shall advise the building principal or his/her designee upon departing the building of his/her/their departure. It is understood that any such access will not interfere with or interrupt school operation or the performance of assigned duties of an employee.
