Access to Music Hall. Tenant shall have the right to connect the 1270 Space and the Music Hall in order to provide direct access between the Music Hall and the Club; provided, however, that such connection shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Article 5 of this Lease. Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for compliance with all Requirements occasioned by the reconfiguration of access between the Club and Music Hall whether such compliance relates to the Music Hall or 1270 Avenue of the Americas.
