Access to Office Space and Logistics Support. Each Principal shall be entitled to the use of office space at the offices of the Corporation and administrative and logistics support provided by the Corporation at the Corporation’s sole expense (to be provided by administrative staff of the Corporation who ordinarily provides such support to the Board and the Directors), provided, that such Principal continues to (a) provide services to the Corporation (other than as a Director), (b) serve on the Executive Committee or (c) serve as the chairman of the Board or of any committee of the Board.
