Common use of Access to OnBoard Clause in Contracts

Access to OnBoard. Users will receive access to Your OnBoard Site for the boards and committees and individuals authorized under your Account. You may, by written notice to Passageways, add additional boards and Users, in which event Passageways shall invoice You according to Passageways standard fees then in effect. You may, on a permanent basis, substitute an individual for any single User without incurring any additional fees.
