Common use of Access to Plant Supplier’s Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Plant Supplier’s Premises. Processor shall have the right of access insofar as Plant Supplier has the right to grant such access to the Field Delivery Point(s) for Plant Supplier’s accounts for all purposes necessary for the fulfillment of this agreement.
