Access to Platform. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Provider grants to Customer a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable right during the applicable Subscription Term for Authorized Users to access and use the Platform solely for Customer’s internal use and the other uses, if any, specified in the applicable Order Form. To avoid doubt, the preceding rights to access and use the Platform are subject to the applicable Scope Limitations and contingent upon Customer’s compliance with the applicable Scope Limitations.
Access to Platform. Subject to and conditioned upon Customer’s strict compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, Marq Vision hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license during the term of the Agreement to use the Platform, solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.
Access to Platform. 1.2.1 Publisher may access certain Services through an administrative website. For access to the Platform, Company will provide Publisher with one or more logins and passwords for access to Publisher's account and corresponding administrative controls (“Publisher's Account”) by authorized personnel of Publisher and/or Third Party User(s) (“Publisher's Representative(s)”).
1.2.2 In order to use the Platform, Publisher will, and will procure that each of the Publisher's Representative(s) represent, warrant and covenant that they will provide Company with accurate, truthful and complete registration information and will agree to the terms of this Agreement and any other Additional Terms and Conditions for use of the Platform that Company may otherwise reasonably require.
1.2.3 Upon acceptance of any application made by Publisher, Publisher's Representative(s) will be assigned with a user name and password that will allow access to the Platform, and will become a registered user. Publisher will ensure each of Publisher's Representative(s) that is provided registered user access to the Platform keeps their registration information accurate and up-to-date and does not share their password or registered user name with any third party except as otherwise set out in this Agreement, and Publisher agrees that any failure by any Publisher Representative(s) to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement by Publisher, which may result in immediate termination of Publisher's Account. Publisher will immediately notify Company in writing of any change in authorization, any unauthorized use of any Publisher's Account or any other account-related security breach of which it becomes aware. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Company will have the right to disable and delete each Publisher Representative(s)' access to Publisher's Account immediately and to delete all Publisher Data thirty (30) days after termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Access to Platform. Equals will make the Platform available to Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Equals hereby grants Customer the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicenseable right to access and use the Platform solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.
Access to Platform. 3.1.1. Customer will have access to the Platform by registering and maintaining an online Account by inserting its correct and accurate details required on the Platform. Customer shall be liable for all use of its Account and shall immediately inform Transportr if it suspects that its Account has been hacked or is being misused by a third party.
Access to Platform. 3.1 User must provide all the user equipment, including all software and hardware, whether mobile, desktop, or other, necessary to Access the Platform. User is responsible for all fix and recurring fees incurred while Accessing the Platform, including Internet connection fees, mobile device connection fees, fees of third party information technology platforms, and any other costs that may incur while Accessing the Platform.
3.2 It is User’s responsibility to ensure that his/her use of the Platform complies with these Terms and is consistent with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations.
3.3 The identification information Subscriber or Guest provides shall be true and accurate and must be updated as appropriate. Subscriber shall not create an account under a false name or alias.
3.4 The account is non-transferable. Subscriber may not share his/her login identification and password for accessing his/her account on the Platform with any third person. In any event Subscriber remains responsible for any action performed via his/her account on the Platform.
3.5 User shall not use the Platform in any illegal way; User shall not take any action intended to interfere with the normal functioning of the Platform or obtain unauthorized access to any personal or proprietary information or property of xx.xx or any other User or third party; User shall not use the Platform in any way impersonating any other person or legal entity; User shall not transmit any unauthorized advertising, auto-responder or spam on the Platform; User shall not use the data and e-mail addresses acquired by using the Platform for commercial advertising; User shall not take any action that imposes or may impose, in xx.xx’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large (pay) load and/or bandwidth consumption on the servers or systems of the Platform; nor shall User use automated or manual methods to crawl, robot, scrape, spider or otherwise monitor or extract data from the Platform (xx.xx reserves the right to use robot exclusion headers within the website); User shall not decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Platform; User shall not mirror or frame any part of the website or products on another website or product; User shall not create or use any meta-tags which contain any xx.xx trademarks or other confusingly similar marks; User shall not remove or interfere with any copyright notices or digital watermarks on/in any Content intended to indicate th...
Access to Platform. Customer’s access to and use of the Services will depend upon the access to and use of the Apex Platform, which is operated and controlled solely by Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and is subject to the Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx End User Subscription Agreement.
Access to Platform. All residents of Manitoba over the age of sixteen (16) for one year from 24 March 2020 to 31 March 2021. Availability is 99% of the time during the Term.
Access to Platform. Appointment. SCRIPTBOOK grants Subscriber, during the Subscription Period, a limited, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, royalty-free, worldwide limited right to use the Platform, solely for the Subscriber’s internal business operations.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Jigx will provide Company with access to the Platform during the Term (as defined below), for use by Company solely for its internal business purposes. The Platform shall be used or accessed only by those individuals who are authorized to access the Platform using a user identifier and password provided to Company by Jigx or set-up by Company (“Authorized Users”). The maximum number of Authorized Users are set forth on the Order Form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Parties may agree to adjust the maximum number of Authorized Users and the Subscription Fee therefore from time-to-time by executing a new Order Form, substantially in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit A, which new Order Form shall supersede and replace the then existing Order Form. Company shall not
(a) make available the Platform to any person or entity other than Authorized Users;
(b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems or networks; or (d) use the Platform to store of transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful content or material, or to store or transmit content or material in violation of any rights of any third party. Jigx will provide Company with support services during the Term in accordance with Jigx’s standard practices.
