Access to Premises by State Gaming Agency; Notification; Inspections. Notwithstanding that the Tribe has the primary responsibility to administer and enforce the regulatory requirements of this Compact, the State Gaming Agency shall have the right to inspect the Tribe’s Gaming Facility and all Gaming Operation or Facility records relating thereto as is reasonably necessary to ensure Compact compliance, subject to the conditions set forth in sections 8.4 through 8.8.
