Common use of Access to Premises, Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Access to Premises, Grant of License. Purchaser hereby grants to Provider a commercial license coterminous with the Term, containing all the rights necessary for Provider to use and occupy portions of the Premises for the installation, operation and maintenance of the System pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including ingress and egress rights to the Premises for Provider and its employees, contractors and subcontractors and access to electrical panels and conduits to interconnect or disconnect the System with the Premises’ electrical wiring.
