Access to Program Documents and Information. (a) Bank shall at all times have reasonable access to and have the right to make abstracts from all information and documents it reasonably requires with respect to the Program which may be in the control and possession of Program Manager, including, but not limited to, information and documents concerning Program revenues or transactions and agreements affecting the management and administration of the Program(s), and any other books, accounts, data, reports, papers, and computer records directly pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement.
(b) Program Manager will also provide to the Bank any other information requested by Bank in accordance with industry or national banking standards as may be required, from time to time by the System or Regulatory Authorities, to ensure that safe and sound business practices are being followed concerning processing, Settlement and income to the Bank.
Access to Program Documents and Information. Bank shall have access to all information and documents it reasonably requests concerning the Client's prospects in order to issue prepaid Cards.

Customer shall provide all information and documents required by Bank to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all Regulatory Authorities concerning the Program and the Cardholders which Customer may acquire or which may be in the control and possession of Customer.

Access to Program Documents and Information. Bank shall at all times have reasonable access to all information and documents it requires to comply, as applicable, with all applicable laws, Regulations, Operating Rules and Rules concerning the Program which the Company may acquire or which may be in the control and possession of Company, including but not limited to information and documents in the possession of any third party providing Processing Services or otherwise performing any of Company’s obligations hereunder, which information and documents include but are not limited to applications for Cards, information concerning Program revenues, information concerning transactions and agreements affecting the management and administration of the Program. Company shall provide Bank with copies of any and all of the following documents and information, to the extent same exist: applications; advertisements; disclosures; terms and conditions; Company’s policies and procedures promulgated in connection with this Agreement; and any other documentation, processing information or customer service information which the Bank may reasonably request (hereinafter referred to as “Documentation and Processing”). If Bank, in its sole discretion, determines that such Documentation and Processing fails to comply with any law, Regulations or guidance of a Regulatory Authority then Bank may request appropriate changes be made to such Documentation and Processing, and Company will use its best efforts to accomplish such changes as soon as practicable in good faith in accordance with Bank and Regulator standards, and Bank determines in good faith that it has a legal or regulatory risk, such risk to be provided in writing to Company, then Bank may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice, without penalty.
