Common use of Access to Project and Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Project and Records. Subject to reasonable security and safety regulations and reasonable requirements as to notice, the Issuer, the Trustee, the Bank and their duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter and inspect the Project. The Issuer, the Trustee, the Bank and their duly authorized agents shall also have the right to inspect the books and records of the Obligor pertaining to the Project and the Security (as defined in the Indenture), subject to reasonable requirements as to notice and during regular business hours.

Access to Project and Records. The Issuer, the Trustee, the Bank and their duly authorized agents shall also have the right to inspect the books and records of the Obligor pertaining to the Project and the Security (as defined in the Indenture), subject to reasonable requirements as to notice and during regular business hours.
