INCORPORATED COVENANTS OF BORROWER. All covenants of the Borrower in the other Financing Documents, to the extent not inconsistent herewith, are incorporated herein by reference and shall be deemed to have been made and reaffirmed by the Borrower for the benefit of the Credit Institution as if they were fully set forth herein. The Borrower hereby further covenants and agrees that until the Termination Date and payment to the Credit Institution of all amounts due and performance of all other obligations of the Borrower under the Financing Documents, it shall comply with the following additional affirmative and negative covenants, unless the Credit Institution shall otherwise consent in writing:
