The Company and Seller shall provide (or shall cause to be provided) to Buyer and Buyer’s accountants, counsel, and other authorized advisors, with reasonable access, during business hours, to the Company’s premises and properties and its books and records and will cause the Company’s officers to furnish to Buyer and Buyer’s authorized advisors such additional documents as Buyer shall from time to time reasonably request.
