Access to Records and Property. The awardee agrees to provide access to all property records associated with the agreement to the authorized NSF representatives during reasonable times at the office of the awardee. In addition, access to any premises where Federally-owned property is located will be provided for the purpose of inspecting such property.
Access to Records and Property. At any time and from time to time, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, Borrower shall give any representatives or designees of Lender reasonable access to its properties, and permit any of them to, examine, audit, copy or make extracts from, any and all books, records and documents in the possession of Borrower or any independent contractor relating to Borrower's affairs and the Collateral, and to inspect any of its properties wherever located, all at Borrower's expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such prior notice shall be required to be given in the event Lender believes such access is necessary to preserve or protect the Collateral, or following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.

In addition, access to any premises where Government Property is located will be provided for the purpose of inspecting such property.

At any time and from time to time, upon request by Lender during business hours, give any representatives of Lender access to, and permit any of them to examine, copy or make extracts from, any and all books, records and documents in the possession of Borrower or any independent contractor relating to Borrower's affairs and the Collateral, and to inspect any of their properties and the Collateral wherever located.

At any time and from time to time, upon request by the Bank which, in the absence of a Default or an emergency situation, shall be made not less than three Business Days' prior to the requested access, and at the Borrower's expense, give any representative of the Bank access during normal business hours to inspect and audit the Collateral and the Borrower's other property and to examine, copy and make extracts from the Borrower's books and records, and provided further, as long as no Default has occurred and is continuing, the Bank shall limit such requests to twice in any Fiscal Year.

Fees and expenses for said examinations and audits are to be paid by the Borrower to the Bank.

At any time and from time to time, upon the request by Xxxxxx, FOHP shall give the representatives of Xxxxxx access during normal business hours to, and permit any of them to examine, audit, copy or make extracts from, any and all books, records and documents in the possession of FOHP or any independent contractor relating to FOHP's affairs, and to inspect any of its properties wherever located.

At any time and from time to time (and provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, upon reasonable prior notice from Lender), at the request of Lender, give Lender and/or any representative of Lender access during normal business hours to inspect any of the assets (including, without limitation, all Collateral) of any member of the Inmark Group and to examine, copy and make abstracts from any and all books, records and Documents in the possession of any member of the Inmark Group or any independent contractor relating to the affairs (including, returns for federal income tax and other taxes) of any member of the Inmark Group or the Collateral .
Access to Records and Property. At any time and from time to time, upon request by the Lender, the Borrower shall give any representatives of the Lender access during normal business hours to, and permit any of them to examine, audit, copy or make extracts from, any and all books, records, documents and any and all other information and materials in the possession of Borrower or any independent contractor relating to Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ and Affiliates’ business affairs, properties, financial condition and the Collateral (to the extent the Borrower has the right to grant such access), and to inspect any of its properties wherever located.
