Representatives of both parties shall meet annually to continue the discussion of rotating early and late start schedules for elementary schools. Additionally each year, the Human Resources Department will notify all teachers through their immediate supervisors of the established reporting and dismissal times for teachers and students for each building.
Representatives of. Medical Bureaus - Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) - Health Consumers - Private Health Providers n. Representative of Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) o. Other members e.g representatives of Ministry of Local Government, Ministry of Public Service, Ministry of Education and Sports, Ministry of Water and Environment, Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, Regional Referral Hospitals and District Health Officers shall be co-opted as need arises to address specific issues during HPAC proceedings.
1. Review, discuss and advise on policies under development or review and policy related issues submitted by Senior Management Committee before they are presented to TMC by the respective programs.
2. Receive and advise on the following monitoring reports: o Implementation of the Compact o International Health Partnerships reports o Quarterly Area Team monitoring reports o Annual Health Sector Performance Report. o Progress report on implementation of JRM Aide-memoires - quarterly. o Technical Review meeting reports. o Quarterly sector performance review reports. o Other mandatory reports e.g. project or program reports
3. Participate in strategic planning for the sector.
4. Participate in Technical Assistance identification and analysis of needs.
Representatives of the Buyer, the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator shall execute the certificate of Preliminary Acceptance within 3 business days after the successful completion of the Preliminary Acceptance Test of the Contracted Equipment. If, due to reasons not attributable to the End-user, the Preliminary Acceptance Test fails to come up to all the indexes and standards as set out in Appendix 1 of this Equipment Contract, the Seller/System Integrator shall eliminate the existent problem within 15 business days and resume the Preliminary Acceptance Test. All the cost incurred in solving such problem and resuming the Preliminary Acceptance Test shall be borne by the Seller/System Integrator.
Representatives of the Buyer, the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator shall issue a certificate for Final Acceptance within three (3) business days from the successful completion of Final Acceptance Test. In case the test fails to meet the requirements of all the parameters and indexes defined in the "Technical Specification" of Appendix 1 and the performance described in Appendix 1 of this Equipment Contract due to reasons not attributable to the End-user, the Seller/System Integrator shall be responsible for solving all the existing problems and re-conducting the test within thirty (30) business days, with all the costs thereon undertaken by itself. In case the test fails to meet the requirements of all the parameters and indexes defined in the "Technical Specification" of Appendix 1 and the performance described in Appendix 9 of this Equipment Contract due to reasons attributable to the End-user, the End-user shall be responsible for solving all the existing problems and re-conducting the test within thirty (30) business days, with all the costs thereon undertaken by the End-user.
Representatives of the Contracting Parties shall, whenever necessary, hold consultations on any matter affecting the implementation of this Agreement. These consultations shall be held on the proposal of one of the Contracting Parties at a place and at a time to be agreed upon through diplomatic channels.
1 — This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the last written notification of the Contracting Parties that their respective internal legal procedures have been fulfilled, and shall remain in force for a period of fifteen years.
2 — If twelve months before the date of expiration of the Agreement neither of the Contracting Parties makes a written notification to the other Contracting Party of its decision to terminate this Agreement, it shall be considered automatically renewed in the same terms and for successive periods of five years.
3 — In case this Agreement is terminated, the provisions of Article 1 to 11 shall remain in force for a further period of ten years in regard to investments made before the termination of this Agreement becomes effective.

Representatives of the UNION shall be allowed permission to visit work locations of covered employees at any reasonable time or location for the purpose of administrating this AGREEMENT or investigating possible grievances. Such visitations shall not interfere with the normal operation of the DISTRICT, and may be subject to the approval of an immediate supervisor.
Representatives of the Union may visit the Employer's stores for the purpose of observing working conditions and to see that this Agreement is being complied with, investigating the standing of employees and inspecting the pay records which shall be available for a reasonable length of time. Employees shall be furnished duplicate pay vouchers weekly.
Representatives of. UNCRO shall be present at the surrender of weapons in order to secure the area and protect persons carrying out the handover, and both parties shall mutually guarantee safety and protection of such persons.
Representatives of the Union shall have the right to enter the premises to investigate working conditions, grievances, or disputes. They shall have the right to meet with employees involved in a dispute relative to the administration of this Agreement. Union Representatives shall report to the person in charge of the office upon entering premises.
