Common use of Access to Records of the Chapter Clause in Contracts

Access to Records of the Chapter. Upon request by APS, the Chapter shall provide APS with copies of records and such other information as APS may reasonably request to confirm Chapter’s compliance with the criteria for chapter status set out in Exhibit A. Chapter shall provide such materials to APS no later than 30 days after the date Chapter receives such request.
