Access to Records of the Chapter. Upon request by XXXX, the Chapter shall provide XXXX with such copies of records and such other information as XXXX may reasonably request to confirm Chapter’s compliance with the criteria for chapter status set out in Exhibit B. Chapter shall provide such materials to XXXX no later than 15 days after the date Chapter receives the request.
