Access to Rejected Leasehold Properties. (i) Consistent with the order authorizing, among other things, the rejection of certain unexpired leases (Docket No. 2239) (the "Rejection Order") and any similar order, the Debtors and the Reorganized Debtors shall work with the lessors under rejected leases to obtain access to the applicable sites to complete reclamation or perform mitigation or water treatment (any such site, a "Rejected Lease Site").
