Common use of Access to Reports Clause in Contracts

Access to Reports. Prior to any interview an officer will be provided a reasonable time to obtain and review any public records or personal documents regarding the events leading to the internal investigation in order to be fully prepared to accurately and completely respond to questions. An officer who is the subject of an internal investigation (or his/her designated representative), shall be provided access to reports, statements, audio or video recordings at the conclusion of the investigation and reasonably in advance of any pre-disciplinary hearing.
