Use of the Goods. 4.2.10. The Supplier must indemnify the Buyer against the costs of any Recall of the Goods and will give notice of actual or anticipated action about the Recall of the Goods.
Use of the Goods. 8.1 For so long as the Goods remain the property of the Purchaser, the Purchaser must only use the Goods at premises occupied by the Purchaser within Australia.

Use of the Goods. 13.1 The Goods are intended for normal commercial use in accordance with the operating instructions and not for use in critical security systems, nuclear power plants, military or medical life-support equipment or weapons production. No liability is accepted for use in these areas.
Use of the Goods. 3.1 Subject as provided in these Conditions, if under any applicable law or other government regulation of Germany or any other country to which Goods are delivered, a competent authority declares that the Goods are unsafe or a risk to health in any respect, the buyer will notify Renold immediately and Renold will, at the buyer's expense, make such modification to the Goods or supply such additional or replacement parts for the Goods as such authority considers necessary to ensure that the Goods comply with any necessary requirements.
Use of the Goods. 4.1 Save as provided otherwise in these Conditions, if under any applicable law or government regulation a competent authority declares that the Goods are unsafe or a risk to health in any respect, the buyer will notify Renold immediately and Renold will, at the buyer's expense, make such modification to the Goods or supply such additional or replacement parts for the Goods as such authority considers necessary to ensure that the Goods comply with any necessary requirements.
Use of the Goods. 8. The Receiving Entity agrees to bear all the risk and costs associated with the in-kind contribution of the Goods, including, where applicable, the cost of their removal from UNOPS premises.
Use of the Goods. Any specific Plasti-Fab warranty extended under the terms of a Contract or Supply Agreement applies only to Goods that it manufactures. All other Goods are sold AS IS, without warranty. Plasti-Fab shall not have any tort liability to the Buyer or any other person with respect to any of the Goods and shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, indirect or punitive damages arising from any product defect, delay, non- delivery, recall or other breach.
Use of the Goods. The Buyer acknowledges that they have satisfied themselves as to the suitability of the Goods of the description set out in the contract for the purpose for which the Buyer is purchasing them,
