Common use of Access to Residential End-user Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Residential End-user Premises. ‌ (a) If OptiComm or a Supplier must perform work in an End-user’s Premises in order to provide or maintain the Services, OptiComm or the Supplier will:‌ (i) obtain any necessary approvals and permits (including occupant, home owner or landlord consent as applicable) prior to accessing the Premises; and (ii) make and keep to an appointed time with the home owner or builder in accordance with the CSG (if applicable). (b) Work referred to in clause 9.1(a) will be performed by OptiComm or the Supplier or their appointed contractor, at the request of the Customer and, unless the work is required because of a fault in OptiComm or the Supplier's Equipment, at the Customer’s cost. (c) The Customer will provide all necessary assistance to enable OptiComm or the Supplier to meet its obligations in clause 9.1(a).
