RSA maintains, from time to time, a website, currently located at URL: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/standard-form-agreements/ and the RSA Partner Communities which contains Information pertaining to RSA Products and RSA services. RSA may grant Partner a limited, non- exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the period in which this Agreement is in effect, to access such sites and to use the Information solely in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10. All Information shall remain the property of RSA and if marked “RSA Confidential” or similar, may not be disclosed to third parties or made public by Partner. Except as expressly stated herein, no other grant of right or license to use, under any patent, copyright or any other intellectual property rights is made from RSA to Partner under this Agreement.
