Common use of Access to Screening Reports Clause in Contracts

Access to Screening Reports. Following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, AccuSource will provide Client with a reasonable time frame to: (i) download for its records copies of its Applicant Screening Reports, and/or (ii) obtain from AccuSource, at AccuSource’s then-current fee, copies of Client’s Applicant Screening Reports. Thereafter, AccuSource shall have no further duty to maintain copies of Applicant Screening Reports for access by Client.
