Access to Services with Special Arrangements. A. Family Planning Members have the right to access family planning services through any family planning provider without prior authorization. Contractor shall inform its Members in writing of their right to access any qualified family planning provider without prior authorization in its Member Services Guide. See Exhibit A, Attachment 13, Member Services.
