Common use of Access to Services with Special Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Access to Services with Special Arrangements. A. Family Planning Members have the right to access family planning services through any family planning Provider without prior authorization. Contractor shall provide family planning services in a manner that protects and enables Member freedom to choose the method of family planning to be used consistent with 42 CFR 441.20. Contractor shall inform its Members in writing of their right to access any qualified family planning Provider without Prior Authorization in its Member Services Guide per Exhibit A, Attachment 13, Member Services.
