Access to Site and Rights of Way. GEC shall provide at GEC’s expense, commencing not later than the date specified in Exhibit A-2, access to the Site and shall continue to provide Contractor and Subcontractors with unrestricted access to the Site until Commercial Operation GEC will arrange for all easements or other rights of way required for access to the Site and performance of the Work until Commercial Operation.
