Deletion of Article 39 – Empowerment Schools To the extent that any of the topics listed in this article 41-1 (a)-(g) above are mandatory subjects of bargaining under NRS 288.150, either party may by written notice sent to the other party on or before February 1,2014, reopen negotiations for the limited purpose of bargaining over one or more of those topics listed in (a)-(g) above but only those of which are mandatory subjects of bargaining under NRS 288.150. Upon reopening, the provisions of NRS 288.217 shall apply. Discussions may be extended beyond February 1, 2014 only by the mutual consent of both parties.

NEW. The ICIFs for the New Facility are as follows: The existing 2 MVA transformer shall be replaced with a 34.5 (delta) -4.16 (wye) kV, resistance grounded (3ph, 2.4kV, 24 Ohm, 100A. 10 sec), 10/12MVA transformer with an X/R ratio of 15 and an impedance of 6.5% @ 10MVA; Three (3) single phase 38 kV distribution class surge arresters; and Three (3) single phase 6 kV distribution class surge arresters. Per Section II.B below, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Generator Lead Line is being relocated to accommodate the expansion of the landfill. Due to the line relocation, the configuration of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities at the PCO will be modified. (See Attachment 3, Figure 2). Specifically, 30 ft of the Generator Feeder Line (between Pole 209-1 and 209-2) will be removed, a new Pole 209 will be set and the following will be relocated to the new Pole 209: three (3) pole gang-operated load break switch (Switch 588),three (3) 38 kV surge arresters, and three (3) single phase pole mounted SMD-IA 200E fuses. In addition, the Generator Feeder Line will terminate on the load side of the insulators at the new Pole 209, as further described in Section II.B below.
NEW. Contractor shall provide GEC a list of any known Hazardous Substances to be installed or otherwise incorporated into the Facility or used in performing the Work. Contractor shall not, nor shall it permit any Subcontractor, directly or indirectly, to bring any other Hazardous Substances in any material quantity on the Site or to permit the manufacture, storage, transmission or presence of any Hazardous Substance over or upon the Site except in accordance with applicable Law or to release, discharge or otherwise dispose of any Hazardous Substances on the Site. Contractor shall be liable for and shall perform necessary clean-up, removal and remediation of any Hazardous Substances for which it is responsible under this Section 3.18.2 (i.e., those brought onto the Site by Contractor or its Subcontractors).

NEW. An Occasional Teacher who accepts a pre-booked assignment through SEMS may cancel the assignment during the final two (2) calling periods prior to the commencement of the assignment only with the approval of the Principal.
