Common use of Access to Site Clause in Contracts

Access to Site. Prior to the acceptance of the Project by District, the District shall have the right to enter upon the Site at reasonable times for the purposes of inspection of the progress of the Work on the Project, and to conduct activities which do not unreasonably interfere with Contractor’s construction of the Project, and the District shall comply with all reasonable safety precautions required by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s contractors.
