Duties of City. CITY shall provide pertinent information regarding its requirements for the project. CITY shall examine documents submitted by CONSULTANT and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly, to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of CONSULTANT'S work.
Duties of City. City shall provide all information requested by Design Professional that is reasonably necessary to performing the Scope of Work. City retains all rights of approval and discretion with respect to the projects and undertakings contemplated by this Agreement.
Duties of City. 4.1 The City Manager may represent CITY for all purposes under this Contract. CITY’s Manager of Human Services within the City’s Community Services Department is designated as the Program Manager for the City Manager. The Program Manager will supervise the performance, progress, and execution of the Program, and will be assisted by the Management Assistant for the Office of Human Services. The Program Manager, Management Assistant of the Office of Human Services, or other City representatives may conduct site visits of CONSULTANT’s facility(s) during the Contract term. 4.2 In the event CITY should determine from any identifiable source, including but not limited to reports submitted by CONSULTANT under this Contract or any evaluation report from any identifiable source, that there is a condition which requires correction, CITY may forward to CONSULTANT requests for corrective action. Such requests shall indicate the nature of the issue or issues which are to be reviewed to determine the need for corrective action and may include a recommendation as to appropriate corrective action. Within thirty (30) days of CITY’s request, CONSULTANT shall submit its response, which shall include its views of the problem and proposed action, if any. Upon request of either party, the parties shall meet to discuss any such request and response within the thirty-day period specified.

Duties of City. 2 1. CITY and its police personnel shall cooperate with and appropriately assist 3 SHERIFF personnel providing services pursuant to this Agreement, so as to 4 further the Parties’ shared goal of ensuring that fingerprint examinations for 5 crimes committed in CITY are conducted accurately, efficiently and in a timely 6 fashion, in accordance with the highest professional standards.
Duties of City. (1) The City shall provide space at Dripping Springs Ranch Park for the Contractor to construct and operate a Haunted House and to operate a Hayride. (2) Dripping Springs Ranch Park staff shall provide customer service by staffing the Event Center Business Office during all hours of attraction operation, provide for the attraction ticket sales, and support attraction operations. (3) City shall provide a safe, clean, and well-kept location at Dripping Springs Ranch Park for hosting the attraction. (4) City Engineer shall submit a Traffic Control Plan for the attraction to Dripping Springs Ranch Park Management and the Contractor. (5) Dripping Springs Ranch Park Management will work with Contractor and with City Communications & Marketing Director on all print, internet, and social media advertisement and marketing. City Communications & Marketing Director will oversee and approve all advertising and media for the attraction.

Duties of City. CITY shall be responsible for the following: 1. Make available all public information pertaining to SCRAP program. 2. Perform in a timely way each and every activity as set forth in the Scope of Work. If delays occur when deliverables of ARTIST are dependent upon the CITY'S timeliness, the ARTIST'S schedule of performance shall be adjusted accordingly. 3. Arrange for access so that ARTIST may enter upon public and private property as required for ARTIST to perform the services under this Agreement. 4. Give prompt written notice to ARTIST whenever the CITY observes or otherwise becomes aware of any development that affects the scope or timing of ARTIST'S services. 5. Arrange appointments, meetings, consultations as needed for the ARTIST to fulfill his/her obligations under this Agreement. 6. Review materials as set forth in Exhibit A in a timely manner.
Duties of City. City must provide San Xxxx with all documents, materials and information (collectively “Written Materials”) needed for San Xxxx to properly perform the Services. Once it has completed the Services for which the Written Materials were needed, San Xxxx will return them to City.
