Access to Sites. 6.1 If necessary for the performance of the Services the Client and DSI shall permit each other’s employees and authorised sub-contractors to enter their respective premises upon prior reasonable notice during a Working Day or at other times, provided that such employees and sub-contractors comply with any regulations governing security, confidentiality and health and safety. 6.2 The Client and DSI shall procure that at all times when such persons are present in each other’s premises they shall obey the reasonable instructions of the other party’s representatives in respect of such presence and shall observe any reasonable conditions including any and all security and health and safety policies in respect thereof from time to time and provided to the other party in writing.
