Access to Subcontractors Locations. Without derogating from the above, work for or in connection with the Works is being carried out at a Subcontractor's premises, Supplier shall, by a term in the Subcontractor agreement, secure similar rights of access by ISR or by means of any person acting for or on its behalf as set out in this Section, and shall take all action necessary to make such rights effective.
