Common use of Access to Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Access to Subscriptions. This section 2.b applies to Subscriptions only. During the period for which you purchased Subscriptions, Palo Alto Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts to make them available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for published downtime or any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, a force majeure event described in section 13.g below. Palo Alto Networks grants you a non-exclusive right to access the Subscriptions:
