Use and Restrictions. Your rights and obligations concerning the use of any Error Corrections or new Product Releases (or any other programming provided by Gurobi, regardless of its form or purpose) shall be governed by the License Agreement. Gurobi shall have sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to such works (including ownership of all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto), subject only to the License Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, You are entitled to use the Product only as authorized under the License Agreement. Gurobi Product Releases will no longer be supported after the release of the second subsequent Major Release. For example, Product Release 8.b.c will no longer be supported subsequent to Product Release 10.0.0.

Use and Restrictions. 6.1. Subject to payment of the applicable fees and compliance with the terms and conditions of this End User Agreement, you may access and use the Services only through the login protocols and direct access URLs provided to you, for your own internal purposes and for the number of instances, applications and/or records specified in any order form. All rights not expressly granted in this End User Agreement are reserved by Perspectium and its licensors. Perspectium products subscribed to herein are subject to usage restrictions which are based on the number of Instances and/or records.
6.2. You will be granted authorized login protocols for the Services, and you agree not to use the Services in excess of any usage limits. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Services by any means other than through the login protocols and direct URL access we provide. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers), and you agree to comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services.
6.3. You are not authorized to (i) resell, sublicense, transfer, assign, or distribute the Services or content; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the Services or content; (iii) "frame" or "mirror" the Services or content on any other server or Internet- enabled device, or (iv) reverse engineer, decompile the Services or their enabling software for any purpose.
6.4. You are not authorized to use our Services or servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable. The designation of any such materials is entirely at our sole discretion.
Use and Restrictions. During the Term, and subject to Restaurant’s compliance with all of its obligations, Chowly will provide the Services to Restaurant. Chowly may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to the Services that it deems necessary or useful to: (a) maintain or enhance the quality or delivery of Chowly’s services, the competitive strength of or market for Chowly’s services or the cost efficiency or performance of the services; or (b) to comply with applicable law.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may access and use the Web Services only through the login protocols provided to you, but only for your own internal purposes. Use and Restrictions. You may install the Certificate only on servers that are accessible at the subjectAltName(s) listed in the Certificate. A Certificate may not be used: (i) for or on behalf of any other organization, person or entity; (ii) to perform private or public key operations in connection with any domain and/or organization name other than the one submitted on your Certificate Application; or (iii) for use as control equipment in circumstances requiring fail-safe performance or where failure could lead directly to death, personal injury or severe environmental damage, such as the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, or weapons control systems or as control equipment for hazardous uses. If you are using a Certificate on more than one physical server or device at a time, you acknowledge and agree that such use can result in increased security risks to your network and we expressly disclaim any liability for breaches of security that result from the distribution of a single key across multiple devices. You may not use the OCSP in a manner that is not reasonable with respect to the services you have purchased. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for usage of the OCSP which we deem, in our sole discretion, to be excessive usage of the OCSP.
Use and Restrictions. Tenant, and any guest of Tenant, shall not:
(a) Smoke on Premises, common areas such as stairways, balconies, sidewalks, parking lot, laundry room, or other property of Landlord (see also paragraphs 24 & 27 of this Rental Agreement). Although smoking is prohibited on Premises, there is no warranty or guaranty that your dwelling community is smoke free;
(b) Keep or harbor any pet on Premises or bring any animal or pet upon Premises, except that service animals are permitted (see also paragraphs 24 & 27 of this Rental Agreement). At Arlington Park Townhomes LLC pets are permitted with an executed Pet Addendum and payment of associated fees;
(c) Permit any unlawful activity to be conducted on Premises;
(d) Use or permit any apparatus or instruments for musical or other sound reproduction or transmission in such manner that the sounds are audible beyond the interior of Premises;
(e) Engage in any practice that encourages or results in the infestation of Premises by insects, rats, roaches, ants, flies, bedbugs, lice, fleas or other vermin or pests;
(f) Store or place belongings, furniture, trash, or any personal articles including indoor or upholstered furniture on porches, balconies, or walkways, on or outside of Premises unless the Landlord approves of such placement in writing. Landlord may remove any such belongings without notice and at Tenant’s expense;
(g) Store or place belongings within three feet of furnaces or hot water heaters;
(h) Use Premises for any purpose other than as a residential dwelling or allow any other person not herein authorized to establish residence on Premises or have overnight guests for more than two (2) nights in any thirty (30) day period without prior written consent from landlord;
(i) Deliberately or negligently destroy or deface, damage, impair or remove any part of Premises; or display any signs or other displays of any type on Premises;
(j) Park on Landlord’s property without a valid parking permit issued by Landlord except in houses with private driveways. Landlord will issue no more than ( ) parking permit(s) to Tenant. NOTE: Parking availability is NOT GUARANTEED and there may be additional fees for a covered and/or reserved parking space. Parking spaces reserved by Tenant may be used only by Xxxxxx personally. If Subscriber is using the Licensed Certificate Option, Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that this option can result in increased security risks to a network and that Company expressly disclaims any liability for breaches of security that result from the distribution of a single key across multiple devices. COMPANY CONSIDERS THE UNLICENSED USE OF A CERTIFICATE ON A DEVICE THAT RESIDES ABOVE A SERVER OR SERVER FARM PIRACY AND WILL PURSUE VIOLATORS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
d) If Subscriber chooses to display the Seal, it must install and display such seal only in accordance with the seal license agreement published in the Repository.
e) Subscriber may not use the OCSP in a manner that is not reasonable with respect to the services it has purchased. Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for excessive usage of the OCSP.
Use and Restrictions. Subject to the restrictions and obligations in this Section 3 (Use and Restrictions) and Sections 4 (Reporting Obligations), 5 (Revocation), 6 (Subscriber’s Warranties), and 8 (Term and Termination), Subscriber may use the Certificate in conjunction with Private Key and Public Key operations until the Certificate expires or is revoked. Subscriber will:
(a) generate key pairs only on trustworthy systems and protect Subscriber’s Private Key with levels of protection appropriate for sensitive data such as encryption or other means;
(b) use the Certificate only in connection with properly licensed cryptographic software;
(c) use the Certificate only for use cases that are consistent with the Key Usage Extensions in the Certificate;
(d) not use, or provide access to, any Certificate for use in circumstances or applications in which the failure or compromise of any Certificate, Certificate Services, or any other aspect of the Google PKI could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage;
(e) not monitor, interfere with, or reverse engineer the technical implementation of the Google PKI, or otherwise compromise the security of the Google PKI;
(f) use the OCSP in a manner that is reasonable with respect to the Certificate Services; and
(g) where the Certificate is used for any other party, ensure that such other party complies with the foregoing and the Subscriber is authorized by such other party to obtain the Certificate on its behalf.
