Common use of Access to Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Access to Telephone Numbers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in any manner to limit or otherwise adversely impact either Party’s right to request an assignment of any NANP number resources including, but not limited to, Central Office (NXX) Codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines published by the Industry Numbering Committee (INC) as INC 95-0407- 008 (formerly ICCF 93-0729-010) and Thousand Block (NXX-X) Pooling Administration Guidelines INC 00-0000-000, when these Guidelines are implemented by the FCC or Commission Order. The latest version of the Guidelines will be considered the current standard.
