Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBB.
10.2 CBB’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.
10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBB, from CBB to Verizon, or from CBB to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBB, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB.
10.6 CBB may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. (a) In connection with a Service, you may be allocated with telephone numbers.
(b) We must comply with the Numbering Plan which sets out rules for issuing, transferring and changing telephone numbers.
(c) You have no claim against us arising from anything we do in compliance with the Numbering Plan, including changing or withdrawing a previously allocated number.
(d) You must not knowingly and deliberately:
(i) do anything that causes us to breach the Numbering Plan or which makes it more difficult for us to comply with it, or
(ii) relocate, reassign or transfer the number for any Service except in accordance with our published procedures, or otherwise as the Law permits.
(e) You do not own any number allocated to you, and (except where Law permits you to transfer your telephone service and its number to another service provider) you have no right to retain a particular number when your Contract ends.

10.2 Onvoy’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Frontier’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.
10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Frontier or Onvoy who is served by a Frontier Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Frontier to Onvoy, from Onvoy to Frontier, or from Onvoy to a LEC other than Frontier), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Frontier immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Frontier shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Frontier switch and the Frontier rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Frontier to Onvoy for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Frontier to Onvoy under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to an Onvoy switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Frontier to any person to whom Frontier elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Frontier, Frontier Customers, Onvoy, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Frontier and Onvoy.
10.6 Onvoy may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Frontier’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
Telephone Numbers. 6.3.1 The Client hereby acknowledges and accepts that under the General Conditions the Director General for Telecommunications has the power to withdraw an allocation of telephone numbers and the Carrier may withdraw an allocation of telephone numbers to Digital Origin and therefore any new telephone numbers provided to the Client under the Contract, prior to their connection, cannot be guaranteed as available and therefore Digital Origin shall not be liable for any costs or loss or damage incurred by the Client in the use of any such telephone number (including, without limitiation, in the advertising of the telephone number) which is withdrawn by the Director General for Telecommunications and/or the relevant Carrier prior to connection (save where and to the extent that such withdrawal is the fault of Digital Origin).
6.3.2 Without prejudice to any rights the Client may have to port a number allocated to it, the Client acknowledges it does not own or have any right to sell any number provided to it by Digital Origin. Where the Client has a number from a national numbering plan, the charges for porting such number shall be as set out in the Tariff.
Telephone Numbers. 2.1 You accept that you do not own the number(s) provided to you and that this agreement is personal to you. Therefore, you have no right to sell or to agree to transfer the number(s) provided to you for use with the Services and you must not do so or try to do so.
2.2 You also accept that we have the right to reallocate to a third party any numbers that are provided to you for use with the Services but that you do not use for a period of six (6) months. However, if you continue to pay any recurring rental charges for those numbers, we shall not exercise this right.
Telephone Numbers. Except for toll-free numbers and call center numbers, Seller shall take all steps reasonably necessary to enable Purchaser, after the Closing, to continue to use the telephone numbers used at the Branches on the date of this Agreement.
