Access to the Authority, Independent Engineer, Clinical Panel and Monitoring Agency. The Concessionaire shall, always allow (on reasonable notice and during the business hours) the Authority, the Independent Engineer, the Clinical Panel, the Monitoring Agency and their employees and agents, access to the Hospital for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement.
