Common use of Access to the Authority Clause in Contracts

Access to the Authority. The licence, right of way and right to the Depot Site granted to the Operator hereunder shall always be subject to the right of access of the Authority and their employees and agents for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement.
