ACCESS TO THE LEASED OBJECT. FOR THE LESSOR (1) The Lessee shall grant the Lessor access to the Leased Object during office/business hours on all days, for purposes of servicing, repair, maintenance, inspection, appraisal, refurbishment work, etc. The Lessee shall be given reasonable notice. Whenever deemed necessary in order to prevent or limit any damage to the Property, the Lessor shall be entitled to obtain access to the Leased Object without such notice.
