ACCESS TO THE WORK PLACE. The Union and the Arbitrator will have access to the Employer’s premises to view working conditions, machinery, or operations which may be relevant to the resolution of the grievance. Such timely access will not be unreasonably withheld upon notice being given, and will not unreasonably interfere with the operation of the Employer’s business.
