The "Access to the Work Site" clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding entry to the location where contracted work will be performed. ACCESS TO THE WORK SITE. 12.01 The Employer agrees that access to its premises may be allowed to permanent employees of the Institute for the purpose of interviewing an Institute member.
12.02 Permission to hold such meeting shall in each case be obtained from the Employer's Director of Human Resources and such meeting shall not interfere with the operations of the NFB.
ACCESS TO THE WORK SITE. 8.1. The CUSTOMER shall afford MECADON (PTY) LTD access to the property to perform the work in accordance with MECADON (PTY) LTD’S obligations. In this regard, it is specifically agreed and recorded that MECADON (PTY) LTD shall have access to the property from 08H00 to 16H00 from Mondays to Fridays and from 09H00 to 14H00 on Saturdays to perform the work and the CUSTOMER shall make available, at his cost, the necessary water, sanitary facilities and electricity required by MECADON (PTY) LTD to give effect to its obligations in terms of this agreement.
