Access to Works. Subject to clause 2.9.2, the Developer shall arrange for xxx Xxxxxxxxxx to have access to the Works and the Site at all reasonable times, and shall at its own cost provide all plant, equipment (including safety equipment), signing, guarding, lighting and personnel while xxx Xxxxxxxxxx is on the Site necessary for carrying out inspections under this Agreement.
