Accessibility of Facilities and Events. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.) and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794), all facilities you use to provide services to the public in connection with this project must be accessible by persons with disabilities. In addition, all notices, promotional items, brochures, publications, and media announcements informing the public of events, programs, meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops conducted pursuant to this project must include the following accessibility/accommodations notice: Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
