Accessibility Requirements. Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

Accessibility Requirements. CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with any and all applicable accessibility requirements set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, California Government Code Section 1135 and any current and future implementing regulations, policies, procedures and standards promulgated thereunder, including, without limitation, the federal accessibility standards set forth in 36 C.F.R. Section 1194.1, all as may be amended from time to time.

Accessibility Requirements. The Distributor represents and warrants that the Licensed Materials comply with the Distributor’s and the Publisher’s country of origin laws and regulations and conform to the international accessibility requirements of Web Accessibility Initiative, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. The Distributor shall also promptly respond to and resolve any complaint regarding accessibility of the Licensed Materials and ensure that necessary measures are taken by the Publisher, if necessary.6

The Goods and Services will conform to the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.0AA. Accessibility Requirements. The Consultant shall ensure that the project complies with the American with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), latest version, and allows for access to programs, activities, and services in the most integrated setting possible. The Owner will be responsible for review of accessibility and interpretation of ADAAG for compliance with Federal requirements.
