Common use of Accessibility Requirements Clause in Contracts

Accessibility Requirements. The Distributor represents and warrants that the Licensed Materials comply with the Distributor’s and the Publisher’s country of origin laws and regulations and conform to the international accessibility requirements of Web Accessibility Initiative, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. The Distributor shall also promptly respond to and resolve any complaint regarding accessibility of the Licensed Materials and ensure that necessary measures are taken by the Publisher, if necessary.6

The Distributor shall also promptly respond to and make best efforts to resolve any complaint regarding accessibility of the Licensed Materials and ensure that necessary measures are taken by the Publisher, if necessary.6

The Distributor shall also promptly respond to and resolve any complaint from the Licensee’s or the Participating Institution’s appointed representative regarding accessibility of the Licensed Materials and ensure that necessary measures are taken by the Publisher, if necessary.6shall work to remediate such issues.5
