Common use of Accessibility Requirements Clause in Contracts

Accessibility Requirements. The Licensor represents and warrants that the Licensed Materials comply with the Licensor’s country of origin laws and regulations, and conform to the international accessibility requirements of Web Accessibility Initiative, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA4. The Licensor shall also promptly respond to and resolve any complaint regarding accessibility of the Licensed Materials.
